There is a tool on the gov.uk website which will give you guidance on what your business may need to do to prepare for the UK leaving the EU.

This covers selling goods, employing EU citizens, personal data, intellectual property protection, EU or UK government funding and selling to the public sector.

Dedicated pages have been set up for the food and drink sector and the farming sector.

East Midlands Chamber of Trade have a comprehensive support programme to assist businesses to ensure they are better prepared for the changes following the EU exit.
